Welcome to ScheduleWise AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ScheduleWise AI website, applications, and automated content services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ScheduleWise AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

02 Description of Service

ScheduleWise AI provides an autonomous content engine that generates articles, creates AI-rendered images, and automatically publishes content to connected WordPress websites based on user-defined schedules and strategies. The service also includes optional integration with Google Search Console for performance tracking.

03 User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use ScheduleWise AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

  • ✕ Generating or publishing illegal, deceptive, or misleading content.
  • ✕ Using the service to create spam, malware, or malicious code.
  • ✕ Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our infrastructure or APIs.
  • ✕ Connecting WordPress sites you do not own or have explicit authorization to manage.

04 AI Content Ownership & Rights

  • Your Content: You retain all rights to the niche strategies, keywords, and configuration data you input into the service.
  • AI Output: You own the articles and images generated by ScheduleWise AI for your use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of AI-generated content before it is published.
  • License to Us: You grant ScheduleWise AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data strictly for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., sending data to AI models to generate your content).

05 Third-Party Integrations

Our service relies on third-party providers to function. By using ScheduleWise AI, you also agree to the terms of these providers:

WordPress & Application Passwords

You are responsible for maintaining valid Application Passwords. We are not liable if a WordPress update, plugin conflict, or hosting restriction prevents our API from publishing to your site.

AI Model Providers (e.g., OpenAI)

AI generation is subject to the uptime, policies, and safety filters of our underlying LLM providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted AI generation capabilities.

06 Subscriptions & Billing

  • By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees.
  • Billing occurs on a recurring monthly basis. Fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the Free tier at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

07 Limitation of Liability

ScheduleWise AI provides an automated tool. You assume full responsibility for the content published through our service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScheduleWise AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

08 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms (particularly regarding spam or unauthorized site connections). Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
